REGULAR BOARD MEETING

APRIL 22, 2025, 7:00 pm

Approved minutes of the April 8, 2025 Regular Meeting.

Adopted resolution to increase user rates by 5% effective July 1, 2025.

Approved claims for payment.

Approved a permit for a Fireworks display on June 28, 2025, to Wolverine Fireworks Display Inc,

on behalf of the Local Alpine Improvements Association.

Authorized expenditure for appraisals of properties identified for possible preservation.

Approved the UTEC proposal for necessary software, hardware and services to support the records management initiative.

Adopted the proposed Rules of Order of the Scio Township Board of Trustees.

Approved expenditure for the purpose of completing a pathway connection along Park Road.

Appointed Office Coordinator Kristy Aiken to carry out duties set forth in Rule 4 of the Rules of Order.

Adopted 2025 Scio Township Agreement, Option 2 with the Washtenaw County Road Commission.

Appointed Trustees Knol, Brant and Read to serve as GCSI liaisons for the Scio Township Board of Trustees.
