Approved minutes of March 25, 2025 Regular Meeting and March 28, 2025 Special Meeting.

Authorized Recording Secretary services.

Authorized Plante Moran for Interim Finance Director services until a finance director is hired.

Authorized a contract with CTC Technologies for Professional IT services.

Approved GCSI invoice for services rendered.

Authorized OHM for engineering services for Jackson Road pump station generator replacement.

Authorized payment for design and production services for the Spring 2025 Newsletter.

Approved the proposal from L.J. Construction to complete the Township Hall Park path upgrades.

Approved OHM Advisors’ Construction Engineering and Inspection Proposal.

Approved pursuit of grant for Popkin Cemetery.

Authorized payment to Five Star Painting.

Approved payment of the bills.

Approved quote from Interphase Interiors for new office workstations.

Authorized purchase of an all-electric Ford F-150 truck.

Authorized OHM to update the water system Master Plan, AWIA RRA and ERP documents.

Approved the Employee Evaluation Review form.

Appointed David Read to serve as Board of Trustees member on the Land Preservation Commission and Parks Preserves and Pathways Committee.

Revised Rules of Order document for review by the committee and attorney to be presented at the April 22, 2025 meeting for adoption.
