REGULAR BOARD MEETING

Approved minutes of April 22, 2025 Regular Meeting and two Special Meetings held on April 29, 2025.

Approved the payment of the bills.

Approved OHM to design a Residential Cross Connection Program app for GIS.

Approved expenditure for the cost to upfit the F-150 Lightning truck.

Approved payment of the GCSI invoice.

Authorized payment to Emergent Health Partners for dispatch services for FYE 2026.

Authorized the Fire Chief to enter into a 5-year service agreement with Cummins Sales and Service for generator maintenance.

Authorized expenditure of production, design and distribution of the township quarterly newsletter.

Approved UIS for the replacement of Motorola radio units at Scio Townships water and sewer station for SCADA systems.

Ratified the application submitted by Scio Township for an appropriation request through the Congressionally Designated Spending Application to support construction of the new fire station.

Approved fireworks display for Dexter Daze for August 8, 2025.

Adopted the Capital Assets and Controlled Assets Disposal Policy.

Approved the Parks, Preserves and Pathways Director to assemble a Bird City Team and appointed David Read as the Board of Trustees liaison to the team.

Authorized Director Harrington and Office Coordinator Aiken to draft and submit a letter on behalf of the Board of Trustees in support of preserving the current regulations of the Endangered Species Act.

Approved contract with Interfaith Hospitality Network DBA Alpha House and authorized an expenditure to Alpha House from the Opioid Settlement Fund.

Approved the job descriptions for Assessor, Assistant Assessor and Residential Assessor.

Approved the job descriptions for the Finance Director, Finance Manager and Finance Assistant.

Approved the Herron Farms fireworks display on July 4, 2025 with a rain date of July 6, 2025.

Adopted Resolution Regarding Township Review of Invoices for Attorney Services.

Approved Claim for Payment for Attorney Fees related to pending case.

Approved resolution to Approve Claim for Payment for Attorney Services.

Adopted the Resolution Regarding Costs of Attorney Services.

Adopted Ordinance 2025-04 to Amend Article 2-lll.
