REGULAR BOARD MEETING

Approved minutes of May 13, 2025 Regular Meeting.

Authorized payment of invoice to the Recording Secretary.

Authorized payment to Kennedy Industries for repairing pump 5 at Jackson Road Plaza Water Booster Station.

Completion of probationary period for Code Enforcement Officer.

Appointed Marybeth Lynch to the Land Preservation Commission for a term ending June 30, 2027.

Updated Director of Operations job title to Operations Director.

Authorized the Township to enter into an agreement to use a portion of the Meijer parking lot to host the Sustainability Fair and authorize the application for the EGLE Event Grant Application.

Adopted Ordinance No. 2025-03 Peddlers and Solicitors and Ordinance No. 2025-05 Fire Prevention and Protection.

Approved the job descriptions for Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chief/Fire Marshal, Fire Investigator and Fire Department Administrative Assistant, HR Manager and Ordinance Officer.

Scheduled a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees for Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 3pm for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the position of Operations Director.

Approved Resolution to Approve Claim for Payment for Attorney Services.

Approved the payment of the bills.

Board went into closed session.
