MEETING SYNOPSIS – May 13, 2025 Board Regular Meeting
Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. All members present. The Board took action to: approve the meeting agenda; approve the minutes of the April 15, 2025 Regular Board meeting, April 16, 2025 Special Joint Meeting, and April 16, 2025 Closed Session Meeting; approve the Consent Agenda; hold a public hearing for proposed 425 agreement between Sylvan and Lima Townships; Transfer ARPA award to Bush Rd culvert project; approve Township Hall and Water Treatment Plant security systems for $1085 plus two $20/month subscriptions; update and expand Township’s Point and Pay online payment services; approve snow bars to be installed on new Township Hall steel roof for a cost not to exceed $5198; write-off certain outdated Trust and Agency accounts in arrears; approve paying W.A.V.E $10,000 for transportation services provided to the township; approve hiring Doty Latuszek as ZBA recording secretary at $26.55/hour. Meeting adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
