Sylvan Twp: Closed Session Meeting Synopsis 4/16/25

MEETING SYNOPSIS – April 16, 2025 SPECIAL MEETING FOR CLOSED SESSION

Meeting called to order at 1:00 p.m.  All members present. The board took action to: invite the Lima Township Board to join them in a closed session meeting with their township attorney, Robert Thall P.C.; approve through roll call vote to adjourn to a closed session meeting with Lima Township and attorney Thall to discuss attorney-client privileged information in accordance to the OMA 8(1)(h); move back into open meeting. Meeting adjourned at 2:28 p.m.
