NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 BUDGETS

TUESDAY, MARCH 18, 2025, 7:00 PM

The Sylvan Township Board will hold a Public Hearing on

Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM

at the Sylvan Township Hall, 18027 W Old US 12, Chelsea Michigan

on the proposed fiscal year 2025-2026 budgets

for the General Fund, Cemetery Fund and Water Fund.

The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budgets will be a subject of this hearing.

Copies of the proposed budgets are available for public inspection at

Sylvan Township Hall, 18027 W Old US 12, Chelsea, MI  48118

during normal business hours (Monday – Thursday from 9:00 AM – Noon)

Copies may also be viewed/downloaded from the township website at https://sylvantownshipmi.gov.

This notice is posted in compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended, (MCL 41.72a(2)(3)) and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
