WEBSTER TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PUBLIC HEARING
TUESDAY, JUNE 02, 2026, at 7:00 P.M.
The Webster Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 02, 2026, to hear the following requests:
7685 HURON RIVER DR (C -03-31-400-006)
Randy Raiford, representing Dexter Builders, is requesting approval to expand an existing legal nonconforming single-family dwelling pursuant to Section 13.90.I (Expansion and Extension of Nonconforming Structures) of the Webster Township Zoning Ordinance. The property is owned by Alice and Michael Ehn. The proposed project includes construction of a 350-square-foot second-story addition. The parcel is zoned R-1 and contains approximately 0.68 acres. (Application No. 26-ZBA-001).
Copies of the application materials and Zoning Ordinance are available at the Township Hall for review during regular business hours or by request. Written comments may be dropped off or mailed in advance to the Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI 48130 or emailed to [email protected]
Verbal comments may be heard at the hearing. All correspondence must be received no later than 3 PM on Tuesday, June 02, 2026. Those with disabilities must notify the Township Clerk at least seven (7) days before the meeting to allow time to arrange for any necessary accommodations to satisfy their disability and allow for meaningful attendance.
