RFP 25-01: Request for Proposals

Webster Township is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for the interior renovation of the Township Offices at 5665 Webster Church Rd, Dexter, MI 48130. The project includes reorganizing existing workspaces, creating new functional areas, retaining select fixtures, and installing new ones in designated locations.

Detailed project specifications, including the bid packet and plans, are available on the Township website at www.webstermi.us under ‘Latest News’. They can also be requested in person at the Township Office or by calling 734-426-5103.

RFP Timeline

• Site Visit (Recommended): Contact the RFP Contact to schedule a visit, which must be completed before Thursday, August 28, 2025.
• Deadline for Questions: Thursday, August 28, 2025.
• Proposal Submission: Submit eight (8) hard copies and one (1) PDF either in person or by mail, ensuring they are received by the submission deadline.
• Submittal Deadline: 4:00 PM, Thursday, September 04, 2025. Proposals will remain an irrevocable offer for 90 business days following this deadline.
• Board Meeting for Authorization to Proceed: September 19, 2025 (subject to change at the Supervisor’s discretion). Updates will be posted on the Township’s website.
