YORK CHARTER TOWNSHIP
SYNOPSIS
The April 28, 2026, Special meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall by Supervisor Ludwig. Six Board members present, one absent. No public comments heard, no written petitions. Regular agenda approved as presented.
Unfinished Business: None.
New Business: Articles of Incorporation for the Saline Area Fire Authority reviewed and discussed. The Board approved and adopted the Articles of Incorporation for the Saline Area Fire Authority and for York Township to join the Saline Area Fire Authority. The Board approved including the entire township in the Saline Area Fire Authority and to send a letter to the Milan Area Fire Department notifying them of York Township’s withdrawal with required 12-month notice.
