YORK CHARTER TOWNSHIP

SYNOPSIS

The February 10, 2026, Regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall by Supervisor Ludwig. Six Board members present, one absent. No public comments, no written petitions. Regular agenda approved as amended.

Unfinished Business: Reviewed the updated 26/27 FY Budget.

New Business: Res. #2026-03, Res. to Amend Res. #2025-09 to Adopt the Gen. Appropriations Act, 25-26 FY, adopted. Res. #2026-04, Res. of Gratitude for Chuck Tellas adopted. Brad Neuhart appointed to the Planning Commission. Saline Area Fire Dept Capital Improvement and Operating budgets for 26-27 FY approved. Introduction and First Reading of a Blight Ordinance accepted. Introduction and First Reading of a Data Center Moratorium accepted. Highland Treatment Contract for operation and maintenance accepted. Supervisor Ludwig and Planning Commission Chair Cupka appointed to attend Facilitation for Circuit Court case 25-002007 CH.
