Paper Street Soap is a small business founded by Victoria Lord, emphasizing the creation of non-toxic skincare products. Victoria began her endeavor by creating all-natural lotions and soaps for personal use.
“I began by searching for natural skin care that would irritate sensitive skin,” explains Victoria. “I became intrigued and started making my own products to use.”
Victoria’s success with natural skin care products led her to sell her product line online and in other shops. In 2020, during the pandemic, she boldly decided to open her own brick-and-mortar shop, remaining committed to offering consumers body products that are safe for both people and the environment. With a focus on using plant-based ingredients, Paper Street Soap produces a range of items, including soaps, lotions, and bath soaks.
Victoria crafts the products at Paper Street Soap. She ensures that all items are free from harmful chemicals such as parabens, phthalates, and gluten, using only the highest quality plant oils and other natural components. This commitment to health and safety extends to their collaborations with local businesses, incorporating local goods such as Musgrove Coffee, Pentamere Wine, and Tecumseh Beer into their product creations. Such synergy is typical of Tecumseh merchants, and their unanimity sets them apart from other communities.
