Adopted a resolution honoring Fire Captain Daniel Burke on his retirement.
Authorized the promotion of Lieutenant Brett Bourne to Captain and Firefighter Glen Cobb to Lieutenant.
Approved the minutes of the special and regular meetings of April 23, 2024.
Approved the payment of claims presented and accepted the previous check run report.
Approved annual authorization of payment for Fire Dispatch Services.
Approved payment of annual dues to the Washtenaw Regional Resource Management Authority.
Approved applications for grant funding to support the Fire Department and local transportation planning.
Approved funds to repair the Liberty Road Booster Station.
Authorized a grant agreement with the Michigan Dept of Agriculture & Rural Development.
Corrected the authorization of Cost-of-Living Adjustment.
Approved ARPA funds for anti-static tile installation in the server room.
Approved the conditional rezoning ZOA #2024-02.
Postponed the Pollinator Pilot Project.
Approved Washtenaw County Road Commission local road improvement projects and authorized funding.
Approved conditional offer of employment to Zachariah Cole for Utilities Field Technician.
Approved a conditional use permit for University Flowers.
Postponed approval of a resolution updating the development review process fee schedule.
Amended resolution 2024-08 FYE 2025 Budget to appropriate additional funds from the Downtown
Development Authority for the purpose of repaving Jackson Road.
Postponed approval of a contract between the Downtown Development Authority and the
Washtenaw Country Road Commission pending clarification.
Approved payment on invoice for maintenance of Jackson Road boulevard.
