Motion to approve agenda with one correction. Motion passed 5-0.
Motion to approve consent agenda of Minutes of September 9, 2024 Regular Meeting, Payroll ($13,622.59), and Accounts Payable ($16.256.11). Motion passed 5-0.
Motion to approve the Guenther Road Bridge superstructure replacement with galvanized steel beams and concrete deck, per the recommendation of WCRC Senior Project Manager, at an estimated cost of $573,000. Motion passed 5-0.
Motion to table any action on the Township Hall addition until the Building Committee has a chance to review and make a recommendation and the board has time to review the plan provided at the meeting. Motion failed 2-3.
Motion to move forward with building on crawl space with increased budget of $1.8 million. Motion passed 3-2.
Motion to request revised proposals from the architect and engineer for the crawl space option and increased square footage. Motion passed 4-1.
Motion that the remaining ARPA funds in the amount of $374,581.27 be spent on the allowable use of revenue loss for Roads & Bridges and employee wages allocated within the general funding during the period starting April 1, 2024. Motion passed 4-1.
Motion to authorize the supervisor to sign a new lease agreement with current tenant A. Hepburn, starting October 1, 2024 for a period of 12 months with rent due by the 15th of the month. Motion passed 5-0.
Motion to pay A. Hepburn for repairs in the amount of $842.98. Motion passed 3-2.
