YORK CHARTER TOWNSHIP

SYNOPSIS

The November 18, 2025, Regular meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. at the Township Hall by Clerk Zupi. Six Board members present, one absent. No public comments heard; No written petitions submitted. Regular agenda approved as amended.

Unfinished Business: None.

New Business: Approved hiring of Keith DeZwaan for zoning code enforcement, Don Ratliff for Mechanical/Plumbing inspections. Acknowledged Township Attorney’s Letter of Intent to Retire. Kristal MacArthur was appointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals as an alternate and to the Environmental Committee. Approved amending the 2023 Connecting Communities Project Agreement.
