At a regular meeting of the Township Board of Webster Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, held at the Webster Township Hall on March 18, 2025 at 7 p.m., Township Supervisor DeAngelo moved to adopt the following amendment, which motion was seconded by Township Trustee Vrsek

ABSTAIN: None
An Ordinance to amend 13.90.O. of Article 13 of Webster Township Zoning Ordinance in order to allow for administration extensions for ZBA approvals for changes to nonconforming structures, as follows:
The Township of Webster, Washtenaw County, Michigan Ordains:
13.90.O.(7) Effect of Approval. Approval of a structural change by the Zoning Board of Appeals shall expire at the end of one hundred eighty (180) days, unless a certificate of zoning compliance authorizing construction has been obtained and construction has started and proceeds to completion in accordance with the terms of the certificate of zoning compliance, unless an extension has been issued subject to standards listed in Section 6.10.B.(6). of this Ordinance.
No changes are made to rest of the Ordinance.
