Wellness Wednesdays, a free series on health and wellness for older adults, takes place at Crossroads Community Center, 5501 Webster Church Rd, at 1pm on the first Wednesday of the month.

The November 2 event features Betty Chaffee, PHD, speaking on the benefits of physical activity.
