The safety of children is at risk as Boyro Baby Walkers have been recalled due to serious fall hazards and lead content violations. These walkers, failing to meet federal safety standards, can dangerously pass through standard doorways and fail to stop at the edge of steps, posing significant risks of injury or death. The brake pads also contain lead levels beyond federal limits, posing additional health risks if ingested by children.
This recall affects approximately 1,500 units, model number US-B01, sold exclusively on Amazon from August to December 2024. The walkers come in black, blue, and gray, featuring adjustable height and various toys.
Consumers should immediately stop using and dismantle these walkers. Boyro Baby is offering full refunds upon proof of product destruction. Customers must send photos of the dismantled walker to [email protected] to receive their refund.
No injuries have been reported yet, but the company and Amazon are actively reaching out to purchasers. For more details, visit the recall section on Boyro Baby’s website.
