2. Proclamation Declaring June 19, 2024, as Juneteenth Independence Day (Council Member Mehuron)
MOTION Iannelli SECONDED Keaton to Approve the Proclamation declaring June 19, 2024, as Juneteenth Independence Day in Chelsea. All ayes. Motion carried.
3. Letter of Support for County Planning Services (Mayor Pacheco)
MOTION Keaton SECONDED Merkel to direct staff to refine, a letter in support of additional County planning services, to be signed by Mayor Pacheco and shared with Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners. All ayes. Motion carried.
4. Ratification of Agreement between IBEW Local 876 and the City of Chelsea (Manager Colburn)
MOTION Merkel SECONDED Iannelli to ratify the Collective Bargaining Agreement with IBEW Local 876 for the period of July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2027. All ayes. Motion carried.
5. Ratification of Agreement between Teamsters Local 214 and the City of Chelsea (Manager Colburn)
MOTION Mehuron SECONDED Ruddock to ratify the Collective Bargaining Agreement with Teamsters Local 214 for the period of July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027. All ayes. Motion carried.
6. DDA Palmer Commons Pavilion Purchase (Manager Colburn)
MOTION Iannelli SECONDED Merkel to approve the purchase of the Poligon Shelter System from Penchura for a total of $144,510. All ayes. Motion carried.
7. Adoption of Utility Rates and Fees (Director King)

8. Resolution #2024-14 to set the City Millage (Director King)
MOTION Keaton SECONDED Merkel to adopt Resolution #2024-14 to set the 2024-2025 City of Chelsea Millage Rate at 13.155 mills. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Merkel SECONDED Morris to adopt Resolution 2024-19 making a request to MDOT from their TEDF category B grant program for reconstruction of Commerce Park Drive, guaranteeing matching funds from the City of Chelsea. All ayes. Motion carried.
14. Resolution #2024-20 a Request for funding for the MDOT Economic Development Fund Category B Program for Old Manchester Road and Hayes Street (Manager Colburn)
