NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT

TO THE

LIMA TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE

Notice is hereby given that the Lima Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing, for an amendment of the Lima Township Zoning Ordinance in accordance with the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended.

The proposed text amendment is being requested by the Lima Township Planning Commission to add Section 5.58 – Solar Energy Collection Systems, Large.

The zoning text amendment will be considered by the Lima Township Planning Commission on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. Meeting to be held at the Lima Township Hall located at 11452 Jackson Rd, Dexter, MI 48130.

Signed, written comments concerning the text amendment will be accepted until 12:00pm on June 23, 2025. Comments may be addressed to the Lima Township Planning Commission, 12172 Jackson Rd, Dexter, MI 48130. Comments may alternatively be emailed to the Zoning Administrator at msastre@limatownshipmi.gov.
