SYNOPSIS OF May 13, 2025, BOARD MEETING MINUTES
LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Summary of Minutes – May 13, 2025—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. During Public Comment, a resident asked about the plan for dirt roads. Items Approved: Agenda, Consent Agenda amended, Bills. Correspondence was briefly addressed. Items Approved: Accept the final draft of the 2025 Lyndon Township Agreement which shows that the Township with this agreement will be spending $154,345 with the Washtenaw County Road Commission contributing $55,655 and that the Township will contribute approximately $50,000 towards a road study for the drainage issue on Guinan Road; Reappoint Pam Byrnes to the Lyndon Township Roads Advisory Committee for the term May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2027 (2 years); Move forward with BS&A payments effective immediately assuming the contract is what it is or they will stay with Point & Pay; Create a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Advisory Committee during the 2025-2026 budget and would like representation from Broadband, Roads Committee, Sugarloaf Lake, Treasurer and Supervisor; Appoint the following individuals to the Capital Improvement Plan Advisory Committee: Gary Munce, Broadband; Chris Godwin, Lyndon Township Roads Advisory Committee; Individual to represent Sugarloaf Lake, Treasurer Kristen Brekke; Supervisor Pam Byrnes for the term through May 13, 2026; Amended the motion as follows: term through June 30, 2026. Reports were given. The meeting adjourned at 8:32 PM.
