SYNOPSIS

SCIO TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

SPECIAL MEETING

June 30, 2026, 6:00 p.m.

827 N. ZEEB RD, ANN ARBOR, MI 48103

Approved to include the language in the motion on June 23, 2026 calling for the June 30, 2026 special meeting “to direct the Township Attorney to draft a resolution and ballot language related to a Scio Township road, crosswalk, bike lane, bridge, and culvert improvement millage proposal for 2027, and that the Scio Township Board of Trustees hold a special meeting on June 30, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider this matter.”

Approved amended ballot proposal language to amend the language by replacing “levy up to 0.5 mills,” thereby striking “up to.”

Approved to accept the Road Advisory Committee recommendations for the road maintenance, improvement project plans, and millage proposal language and resolution for the November 3, 2026 election, as amended this evening.
