SCIO TOWNSHIP

REGULAR BOARD MEETING

JANUARY 28, 2025, 7:00 pm

Approved minutes of the January 14, 2025 Regular Meeting.

Authorized purchase of miscellaneous fire hydrant parts.

Amended Scio Township Handbook.

Authorized IT Specialist position from 30 hours per week to full-time status.

Authorized Human Resources Generalist position from 30 hours per week to full-time and to correct the title of the position to Human Resources Manager.

Authorized the Fire Chief to purchase an all-terrain vehicle.

Authorized the Township Supervisor and Clerk to sign a contract to purchase an aerial ladder truck.

Approved the requests for proposals for Architect and Construction Manager at Risk as modified for the Fire Station 2 project and authorized the Chief to publish the RFPs.

          Approved the payment of the bills.

          Adopted resolution to assign final responsibility and presentation of Budget FYE26.

          Adjourned at 12:05 am.
