MEETING SYNOPSIS – March 18, 2025 Board Special Meeting and Public Hearing

Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.  All members present. The Board took action to: approve the meeting agenda; approve the minutes of the March 11, 2025 Regular Board meetings; hold the Public Hearing for the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year General Fund, Cemetery Fund, and Water Fund budgets; terminate the elevator maintenance contract with KONE; approve the bid and sign contract for McNally Elevator for elevator maintenance at $1428/year; discuss the 2025-06 Budgets for the General Fund, Cemetery Fund, and Water fund; adopt Resolution #25-03 defining the powers and duties of Township officers related to budget administration; adopt Resolution #s 25-04 through 25-08 establishing the salaries and wages for officials and staff; amend the 2024-25 FY budget; and approve moving April’s Regular meeting date to April 15, 2025 .  Meeting adjourned at 8:18 p.m.
