SYNOPSIS Webster Township Special Board Meeting – April 10, 2025 – 7:00 p.m.

The Webster Township Special Board Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor Mike DeAngelo on April 10, 2025, at the Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI 48130. Members present: Supervisor Mike DeAngelo; Treasurer John Scharf; Trustees Dan Munzel, Jeff Harms, Brant Savander, Shelly Vrsek; Deputy Supervisor Rick Kleinschmidt; Assessor Bill Sinkule; Deputy Clerk Donna Whitney; 3 Attorneys from Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes PLC; Township Engineer Ted Erikson; Fire Inspector Ed Root; Webster Township Planning Commission members Tom Neil, Rick Kleinschmidt, Jeff Harms, Paul Zalucha, Kay Stremler, Julie Nixon; Recording Secretary Martha Zeeb; and 7 citizens. Clerk Tonie Brovont absent.

Motion to approve the agenda as presented. Carried.

Discussion: Private Road Amendments. No action taken. To be continued.

Discussion: Reopen Bidding on Township Hall Renovations. No action taken. Recommendations made on securing further bids.

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:10 p.m. Carried.
