WEBSTER TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
SPECIAL MEETING/PUBLIC HEARINGS
TUESDAY, April 08, 2025 at 7:00 P.M.
The Webster Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Special Meeting/Public Hearings at the Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday April 08. 2025, to hear the following requests:
- 3710 BARKER ROAD (C-03-02-100-003): Daniel Brown and Kristy Brown are seeking a variance for reduction of minimum front setback from a private road as required per section 9.12.D.v. for construction of an attached garage to the existing home. The applicants are the current owners of the property. The property is zoned AG-agricultural. (Application No. 25-ZBA-005).
- 9869 LEACH LANE (C-03-06-115-004): Susan and Vic Elner are seeking approval for expanding an existing legal non-conforming single-family dwelling per sec.13.90. I. expansion and extension of nonconforming structure. The applicants are the current owners of the property.The property is zoned BLLR- Base Line Lake Residential. (Application No. 25-ZBA-006).
Copies of the application materials and Zoning Ordinance are available at the Township Hall for review during regular business hours or by request. Written comments may be dropped off or mailed in advance to the Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI 48130 or emailed to zoningadmin@webstermi.us
Verbal comments may be heard at the hearing. All correspondence needs to be received no later than 3 PM on Tuesday, April 08, 2025.
