WEBSTER TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
SPECIAL MEETING/PUBLIC HEARING
TUESDAY, May 13, 2025 at 7:00 P.M.
The Webster Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Special Meeting/Public Hearing at the Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 13. 2025, to hear the following requests:
7544 WALSH ROAD (C-03-07-100-013): Corey and Krickett Chamberlin are seeking a variance to allow a land division at their property located at 7544 Walsh Road. The requested variance pertains to Section 13.80.E.(5) of the Zoning Ordinance, which requires that the minimum lot width be maintained across the entire length or depth of a lot. The proposed division does not meet this standard, prompting the need for a variance. The property is zoned AG, Agricultural.
Copies of the application materials and Zoning Ordinance are available at the Township Hall for review during regular business hours or by request. Written comments may be dropped off or mailed in advance to the Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI 48130 or emailed to zoningadmin@webstermi.us
Verbal comments may be heard at the hearing. All correspondence must be received no later than 3 PM on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
