YORK CHARTER TOWNSHIP

SYNOPSIS

The June 10, 2025, Regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall by Supervisor Tellas. Seven Board members present. Two public comments heard; No written petitions submitted. Regular agenda approved as amended.

Unfinished Business: Resolution #2025-18, Res. To Approve Special Assessment Roll Timber Ridge Special Assessment District No. 1002 adopted. Resolution #2025-19, Res. To Adopt Ord. No. 165, Amended Sewer Use Ordinance, adopted. Milan Area Fire Dept adjusted budget approved.

New Business: York Township Agreement with WCRC for Timber Ridge SAD approved. Voted to not continue the Interlocal Agreement with City of Milan for Plan Review and Inspection Services. Approved transfer of $500,000 from the General Fund to the Public Safety Fund. Resolution #2025-20, Res. to Establish Township Trustees’ Salary for FY 25-26 adopted. Approved control replacement for Northern Utility District Lift Station. Resolution #2025-21, Res. to Approve Development Agreement Deer Ridge Phase 3A adopted. Resolution #2025-22, Res. to Issue Private Road Permit – Deer Ridge Phase 3A adopted. Resolution #2025-23, Res. to Sell and Convey Vacant Land Crane Road Parcel S-19-01-400-022 adopted. Quote from Paint Life Grand to paint Judd Rd bridge and cement at Sandra Richardson Park approved.
