MEETING SYNOPSIS – March 11, 2025 REGULAR MEETING

Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.  All members present. The Board took action to: approve the meeting agenda; approve the minutes of the following board meetings: February 17, 2025 Special, February 17, 2025 Special Joint with Lima Township; approve the consent agenda; listen to the Western Washtenaw Area Value Express (WAVE) presentation; present the 2025-26 Fiscal Year Budgets to the public; approve a $3000 proposal from Township Engineers, OHM, to review Chelsea Hillcrest issues; appoint the following citizens to the Zoning Board of Appeals: Angela Menegay – term ending 12-31-2025, Mark Hergenreder – term ending 12-31-2026, and Steve Kiss – term ending 12-31-2026; appoint Jess Spike as a regular member of the Board of Review – term ending 12-31-2026; authorize representatives and agents on all accounts with Huntington Bank; enter into agreement regarding 82 Cavanaugh Lake Rd; discuss new roof options for the Township hall.  Meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
