REGULAR BOARD MEETING

Presentation by the Dexter Senior Center.

Approved minutes of February 25, 2025 Regular Meeting and the March 3, 2025 Special Meeting.

Accepted resignation of Judy DeVooght Moenck.

Approved payment of the bills.

Approved site plan for Townes at Honey Creek with conditions.

Approved GCSI invoice.

Approved contract with Mary Gillis for Township Communications Consultant Services.

Repealed Scio Township Ordinance 2-40 Township Manager.

Appointed Treasurer Yaple as Board Liaison to Management through November 20, 2028.

Reduced Fire Department Administrative Assistant to part-time temporarily.

Approved conditional offer of employment to Jeffrey Fullerton to serve as Building Maintenance Custodian.

Approved the service contract for Dexter Senior Center.

Authorized the purchase of a Bobcat UW56, for use by Parks, Pathways and Preserves and Utility Department.

Adopted General Appropriations ACT FYE2026 Resolution.

Scheduled a special meeting for March 28, 2025 at 10:00 am to discuss negotiations strategy for Firefighters collective bargaining agreement.

Authorized Open Space Land Preservation Conservation Easement purchase.

Approved resolution rejecting the Compensation Commission 2025 Supervisor salary determination.
