To all interested parties: The Planning Commission will hold a special hearing on Monday June 24th, at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of voting on the following Special Use Permit Request:
Petitioner: 75 S Dexter Road TIC-1 & TIC-II

Request: Special Use Permit to Conversion of existing vacant Rite Aid to A Mugg & Bopp’s store with Food service and convenience Store with Dunkin Doughnuts Drive-Thru.
