NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE

SOLICITATION OF IMMIGRATION STATUS

ORDINANCE NO. 188

The City of Chelsea adopted Ordinance No. 188 on January 21, 2025, to add Article II. Solicitation of Immigration Status, Sections 32-17 through 32-26 to the City Code.

EFFECTIVE: 02/18/2025      

A copy of the Ordinance will be available on the City’s website www.city-chelsea.org may be inspected at the City of Chelsea Offices, 305 South Main Street, Suite 100, Chelsea, Michigan 48118, during regular business hours, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Monday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, except for legal holidays.
