  • Adoption of Resolution #2026-31 to Elect 80/20 Cost Sharing Model (Interim Finance Director Watkins)

MOTION Stump SECONDED Bullerman to adopt resolution #2026-31 to adopt 80%/20% Employer/Employee Health Care Cost Option as set forth in 2011 PA 152, the Publicly Funded Health Insurance Contribution Act. All ayes. Motion carried.

  • Adoption of Resolution #2026-24 Approving the City of Chelsea Millage Rates for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 (Interim Finance Director Watkins)

MOTION Bullerman SECONDED Merkel to adopt Resolution #2026-24 approving the City of Chelsea millage rates for fiscal year 2026-2027. All ayes. Motion carried.

  • Adoption of Resolution #2026-27 Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget for the City of Chelsea at the Fund Level (Interim Finance Director Watkins)

MOTION Merkel SECONDED Stump to adopt Resolution #2026-27: Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget at the Fund Level. All ayes. Motion carried.

  • Approval of Engineering and Design Services for the Water Treatment Plant Expansion (Superintendent Powell)

  • Approval at First Reading Zoning Ordinance Amendment – 175 Park Street Conditional Rezoning (Community Development Department, Michelle Marin)

MOTION Iannelli SECONDED Bullerman to approve at First Reading, Zoning Ordinance Amendment – 175 Park Street. All ayes. Motion carried.

  • Approval of Purchase of Administrative Police Vehicle (Police Chief Kazyak)

MOTION Stump SECONDED Angus to approve the purchase of a 2025 Chevrolet Traverse for $39,968.00 from Todd Wenzel GMC. All ayes. Motion carried.
