  • Approval of Appointment to Community Education & Recreation Collaborative (CERC) – Megan Smith (Mayor Pacheco)

MOTION Ruddock SECONDED Keaton to appoint Megan Smith to the Community Education & Recreation Collaborative (CERC) as community representative. All ayes. Motion carried.

  • Adopt at Second Reading Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments – Kennels & Boarding Facilities (Community Development Office, Montagno)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Merkel to adopt at Second Reading Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment – Kennels and Boarding Facilities. 6 yays, 1 absent. Motion carried.

  • Approval of CAT Industries Service Agreement for Generator Maintenance (Operations Manager Stevens)

MOTION Mehuron SECONDED Keaton to approve the Service Agreement with CAT Industries for a three-year contract for the sum of $23,790.00. All ayes. Motion carried.

  • Approval of Appointments to Board of Review.

MOTION Merkel SECONDED Morris to appoint Dick Dice, Michelle Elie, and Keri Poulter to the Board of Review for terms ending on January 1, 2028. All ayes. Motion carried.
