Lodi Twp: Board of Trustees Regular Meeting Synopsis 1/7

The meeting opened with the flag pledge at 6:30pm. Seven board members were present, several members of the public were present. The Consent Agenda items were approved as presented minus C:1 minutes. There was no attorney report. There was no Planning Commission Report. There were several Public Comments. The agenda was approved as presented with C1 from the consent agenda added to the end of new business including the addition of Connecting Communities Grant Discussion, and MTA Conference Discussion. Old Business: Appointment of Rentschler to River Raisin Watershed Council, Discussion on Ann Arbor Airport Appointment, discussion on the Connecting Communities grant, and moving forward with the study. Agenda items: Draft policies were distributed: Rules of Order, Procedures for Appointing Members and Ethics, approval of Resolution #2025-001 Poverty Guidelines, set date for Budget Workshop – 1/23/2025 at 10am, approval of check to CIB Planner, discussion on MTA conference, Approval of 12.4.2024 minutes with corrections. There was a second Public Comment, two comments were received. FYI: none. Next regular scheduled board meeting is February 4, 2025, starting at 6:30pm. Budget Workshop is scheduled for 1.23.2025 at 10am.
