MEETING SYNOPSIS – August 12, 2025 Board Regular Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.  Members present: Supervisor Nimke, Clerk Jackson, Deputy treasurer Porter, Trustee Schulze, Trustee Koseck.  Member absent with notice: Treasurer Egeler.  The Board took action to: approve the meeting agenda; approve the minutes of the July 8, 2025 Special and Regular Board meetings; approve the Consent Agenda; approve purchase of 4 laptops not to exceed $3880; approve the Township Assessor’s recission of her letter of resignation; approve joining Washtenaw 2030 District; pursue a resolution to approve the Western Washtenaw Recycling Authority Operating and Maintenance Recycling Fees for new and existing dwelling Units; and approve a graduated pay rate of $22 – $26/ hour for Office Assistant positions. Meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
