LYNDON TOWNSHIP

WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN

NOTICE OF RESOLUTION (26-07)

Notice is also hereby given that the Township Board for Lyndon Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan approved resolution 26-07 to impose a temporary moratorium on the issuance of permits, licenses, or approvals for power generation facilities.  The moratorium will last 12 months or until the township adopts regulations regarding power generation facilities and those regulations go into effect.

A copy of the full resolution may be inspected or purchased at the Township Offices (17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118). The resolution shall become effective 7 days after the notice is published.
