SYNOPSIS OF APRIL 2026 BOARD MEETING MINUTES
LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Summary of Minutes – April 14, 2026. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM. No Public Comment. Items Approved: Agenda, Minutes, Payment of Bills, Ordinance 26-002 which amends the zoning regulations and creates a process for the Township to approve, by resolution, Temporary Moratoriums for the Township’s zoning regulations. This amendment meets the standards 1-9 under section 19.12 (D) of the zoning ordinance will have a positive impact on the development of the community, will preserve the character of the community, protect the community from negative impacts, will not result in exclusionary zoning and is compatible with the Lyndon Township Master Plan. The meeting adjourned at 7:33 PM.
