REGULAR MEETING

          Approved the amended minutes of May 26, 2026, Regular Meeting.

          Approved payment of the bills.

          Approved pay for Deputy Clerk.

          Authorized annual dues to the Michigan Townships Association. 

          Approval of Massage Therapy Regulations Text Amendment (ZOA 2026-26).

          Approved Tax Rate Request for 2026.

          Authorized proration amount of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI HSA Township for hires after 4-1-2026.

          Authorized payment to Cunningham Limp for services performed on Fire Station 2 project.

          Approved updated reporting structure of HR Manager role to report to the Operations Director.

          Approved creation of a second Finance Assistant position.

          Approved the Ember Grove Preliminary PUD plan (OA-PUD #24006 / PSP #24017) with conditions.    

          Denied the Crossroads PUD Tax Increment Financing as presented. 

          Approved Woodview Commons Preliminary PUD Plan (major amendment) (OA #25013 / PSP #25018) with conditions.   

          Approved Carmax Preliminary PUD Plan (major amendment) (OA #26002 / PSP #26003) with conditions. 

          Authorized funding for consultants to support Township Financial Operations.
