MEETING SYNOPSIS – May 12, 2026 Regular Board Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.  Members present: Supervisor Nimke, Clerk Jackson, Trustee Koseck, Trustee Schulze, Treasurer Egeler.  The Board took action to: approve the agenda; approve the Board meeting minutes of April 14, 2026; approve the Consent Agenda; approve Zoning Text Amendment 26-001 (Ordinance 26-03) empowering the Board through resolution to enact a temporary moratorium on proposed zoning projects of concern – 5(Y) 0(N).  Meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
