Approved minutes of March 11, 2025 Regular Meeting.
Approved payment of the bills.
Approved agreement with Gabriel, Roder, Smith and Company for required valuation and reporting for FYE25 and FYE26.
Approved Rehmann for Annual Audit Services for FYE25.
Adopted resolution for year end budget amendments for FYE25.
Authorized purchase of Metron meters.
Authorized OHM to create new GIS applications for the Utility Department.
Authorized a one-year contract with Pipeline Management to clean and televise sewer mains.
Authorized a purchase for Print Tech to provide printing and postage for utility bills.
Authorized purchase order to the City of Ann Arbor for water quality lab testing services.
Authorized a three-year contract with Kennedy Industries for air relief valve and pump maintenance.
Approved Childcare Ordinance text amendments to section 36-5 and section 6-128 based on modifications made to the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act and Child Care Organizations Act.
Authorize OHM to update Scio Township’s Engineering Standards.
Approved Michigan Recreational Construction Inc’s proposal to implement the natural playground at Township Hall.
Approved application for an American 250MI Grant for a new fence at Popkin Cemetery.
Approved resolution to recognize Sylvester Richmond at a dedication ceremony at Popkin Cemetery on May 18, 2025 at 2:00pm.
Authorized fire truck repair.
Authorized DTE payment for an upgraded service line to facilitate township hall generator.
Approved a land use agreement for the Scio Flyers at Township Hall Park.
Approved publication of the spring Township Newsletter.
Adopted resolution supporting the annual Dexter-Ann Arbor Run on Sunday, June 1, 2025.
Authorized payment to repair barn at fire station.
Authorized negotiation of standard agreement with Architecture services for new fire station.
Called a special meeting of the Board of Trustees for, April 29, 2025 at 6:00pm, to receive information on PFAS contamination from EGLE.
Approved the Many Hands Lifesharing Community Preliminary PUD.
Directed Township Attorney to inform Friends of the Scio Barn that the lease has been terminated by default.
Approved the revised HVAC replacement system.
Authorized negotiation of contract with Construction Manager for new fire station.
