SYNOPSIS Webster Township Special Board Meeting – March 27, 2025 – 6:00 p.m.

The Webster Township Special Board Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Supervisor Mike DeAngelo on March 27, 2025, at the Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI 48130. Members present: Supervisor Mike DeAngelo; Treasurer John Scharf; Trustees Dan Munzel, Jeff Harms, Brant Savander; Deputy Supervisor Rick Kleinschmidt; and 0 citizens. Absent: Clerk Tonie Brovont; Trustee Shelly Vresk.

Motion to approve the agenda as presented. Carried.

Motion to amend the budget as follows, to ensure that it meets the requirements of the State of Michigan: 101-262-986.000 Election Equipment from $2,000 to $5,000, an increase of 3,000; and 401-265-930.001 Parking Lot and Grounds from $842,000 to $882,000, an increase of $40,000. Carried.

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:12 p.m. Carried.
