The June 9, 2026, Regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall by Supervisor Ludwig. Seven Board members present. Four public comments heard, two written petitions received. Regular agenda approved as presented.
Unfinished Business: Approved including the entire Township of York into the Saline Area Fire Authority and authorized a letter to be sent to the Milan Area Fire Department giving a 12-month withdrawal notice.
New Business: Authorized a Township Bulk Waste Clean-Up Event for 9/26/26. Approved amending the contract with Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office, extending through calendar year 2027. Discussion held regarding codification of ordinances, tabled action for a future meeting. Discussion held regarding proposals for an LED sign for the township hall; Proposals not accepted, and the item was tabled for a future meeting. 2026 L-4029 was approved.
