NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that the Sharon Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Sharon Township Hall, located at 18010 W Pleasant Lake Rd, Manchester, MI 48158.
The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public input on a variance request at 5902 Sharon Hollow Road. The petitioner is requesting to build a home 30 feet off the west property line when 50 feet is required by the Zoning Ordinance.
If you have any written comments or concerns, they can be sent to the Sharon Township Zoning Board of Appeals, 18010 W Pleasant Lake Rd, Manchester, MI 48158 or by email to the Township Clerk – [email protected] and should be received prior to 10:00 AM on May 6, 2026.
The Township will provide the necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities at a public hearing/meeting upon advance in writing or by calling the Township at 734-428-7591.
