WEBSTER TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PUBLIC HEARING
THURSDAY, August 13, 2026, at 7:00 P.M.
The Webster Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to hear the following requests:
4569 Farrell Road (C -03-27-400-024)
Property Owner is requesting approval to expand an existing legal nonconforming single-family dwelling pursuant to Section 13.90.I (Expansion and Extension of Nonconforming Structures) of the Webster Township Zoning Ordinance, including relief of nine and a half (9/.5) feet from the required sixty (60) foot front yard setback to allow construction of a breezeway attached to the existing nonconforming structure. Additionally, the applicant is also seeking relief of four and a half (4.5) feet from the required sixty (60) foot front yard setback and eight and four tenths (8.4) feet from the required 30-foot side yard setback, to allow construction of an enclosed lean-to (building overhang) attached to the existing nonconforming structure. The parcel is zoned AG, Agricultural, and contains approximately 4.58 acres. (Application No. 26-ZBA-003).

Verbal comments may be heard at the hearing. All correspondence must be received no later than 3 PM on Thursday, August 13, 2026. Those with disabilities must notify the Township Clerk at least seven (7) days before the meeting to allow time to arrange for any necessary accommodations to satisfy their disability and allow for meaningful attendance.
