Request:           Variance application (ZBA 26-002) to consider a variance to allow the placement of a whole home generator between the existing home and Homewild Drive and 2 feet from the north property line. Code section 3.33 requires generators to be placed in the rear or side yards and mee the setbacks for the zoning district in which the property is located.
