The Charter Township of York Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the York Township Hall, 11560 Stony Creek Rd., Milan, MI, to hear a request for a variance to the York Charter Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 3.0, General Provisions, Section 3.09 Accessory Structures & Uses, (D) Swimming Pools, rear yard setback shall be 15’, R-1.

All interested people are hereby notified that the files pertaining to the above appeal may be viewed at the York Township Hall, during regular business hours. Written comments will be accepted prior to and during the Hearing.
