NOTICE OF PRIMARY ELECTION
TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE City of Milan
TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2026
Notice is hereby given that a Primary Election will be held in the City of Milan for Monroe and Washtenaw Counties, State of Michigan, on TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2026. For the purpose of placing nominations by all political parties participating therein, candidates for the following offices:
State – Governor
Congressional – US Senator and Representative in Congress
State Legislative – Senator and Representative in State Legislature;
Delegates – Delegates to County Convention
ALSO, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Washtenaw County electors will be voting on the following proposal:
WASHTENAW COUNTY PROPOSAL: Washtenaw Community College Operating Millage Renewal Proposal.

Absentee ballots are available for all elections; registered voters may contact the local clerk to obtain an application for an absent voter ballot. To comply with the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), voting instructions will be available in audio format and in Braille. Arrangements for obtaining the instructions in these alternative formats can be made by contacting the township clerk in advance of the election. All polling locations are accessible for voters with disabilities.

PRECINCTS AND POLLING LOCATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Monroe County Precinct – 1 and Washtenaw County Precinct – 1W are located at
The Milan Community Activities Center, 45 Neckel Ct. Milan, MI 48160.
Polls open at 7:00 A.M. and close at 8:00 P.M.
All polling locations are accessible to voters with disabilities.
