Webster Township Board Meeting, July 21, 2026, 7:00 P.M.

The Webster Township Board Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor Goodman on July 21, 2026 at Webster Township Hall. 7 Board Members were present and 25 citizens.

Agenda approved as amended.

Motion carriedto approve minutes. Motion carriedto approve FY 2025-26 Audit and file with State.

Motion carriedto accept Treasurer’s report. Motion carriedto accept consent agenda. Motion carriedto grant administrative extension of private road permit. Motion carriedto approve $925 for PDR survey. Motion carriedto adopt Policy 26-04 as amended. Motion carriedto form an ad hoc subcommittee to evaluate township needs for Zoning and Planning. Motion carriedto nominate Trustee Harms to serve on ad hoc committee. Motion carriedto postpone ADP discussion.

Discussion on: results of legal review of Starling Consulting contract; results of sirens survey; next steps for private road ordinance draft; filling vacancy in Planning Commission and Treasurer position;on township recycling bins.
