Dexter Wrestlers Prepare at CMU

Head Coach Shawn Chamberlain’s Dexter High School wrestling team brought a contingent of wrestlers, including a couple of Mill Creek Middle School athletes, up to Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant recently for a four-day team wrestling camp that featured high school wrestling teams from all points of the Michigan map. Each team was assigned a CMU varsity wrestling team member to coach the drilling portion of the camp and help with officiating duties in the dual meets. Leading the way in dual meet action for Dexter were juniors Cal Schutte (11-3) and Colin Roller (11-5), along with Marshall Schoen (9-3).
